Our client is a leading global food & beverage company present in over 120 countries.
Due to an internal move, the group is looking for an Equity Global Senior Brand Manager M/F.

Within a multicultural team, you will work for one of the largest brands of the group on a global scale with a diversity of lead countries in Europe, South America, North America and Asia.
Your main missions are the following:

  • Provide strategic thinking on brand based on different data (e.g. brand health tracking) and ensure all brand communications contribute to enhance the brand purpose and positioning;
  • Partner with local markets to design a global brand equity strategy and to help them localize global strategy;
  • Determine the most relevant communication strategy on the brand, define and bring to life global campaigns from A to Z: agency briefs based on local markets’ inputs, production of creative content, rounds of creative approvals and alignments;
  • Identify and seize partnership and licensing opportunities that can help boost brand likeability on the markets as well as its sales;
  • Define the right sustainability strategy in terms of equity;
  • Lead brand design projects and be a guardian of the brand’s identity worldwide;
  • Lead agency relationships;
  • Manage a team of 2 people;
  • Share best practices across markets & inspire the marketing global community to accelerate growth.


Vous êtes ?

Holding a Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration or Marketing, you have a minimum of 7 years of work experience on marketing functions, mainly local, with an expertise in designing and delivering brand campaigns that encompass multiple touchpoints.

You have a strong interest in CPG and ideally has had a 1st experience for a FMCG brand. You are familiar with working in a multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment and have a strong experience of leading creative agencies. You have prior experience in direct management with junior and senior profiles. You are a self-reliant person with a strong entrepreunarial mindset. Your excellent communication skills and team spirit enable you to easily build trust with your colleagues. You demonstrate solid leadership skills, assertiveness and an excellent ability to influence others.    

Fluency in English is required, another language (especially Spanish) would be a plus.

The job is based in Paris area.
