Our client, a renowned international company specializing in identification and protection solutions, is continuing its development and transformation to strengthen its position in the global market. As part of its new organizational structure, the company is seeking an International HR Manager to support the reorganization of its activities in Europe and Australia. This recruitment is taking place in a replacement context to sustain growth and integration dynamics following the acquisition of a new subsidiary in France.

  • Align HR processes across the entire region (France, Germany, Central and Eastern Europe, Italy, Spain, and the Nordics) to ensure consistency of practices.
  • Support the integration of Gravotech (330 employees in France), recently acquired, to harmonize HR practices with those of the group.
  • Lead and motivate a team of 3 HR Business Partners based in France and Germany.
  • Maintain a positive social climate and manage relations with employee representatives, particularly within the works council in France.
  • Develop trusted relationships with regional leaders and managers while supporting talent and performance management processes.
  • Ensure the implementation and compliance with the company's HR policies.
  • Represent the interests of the company and its employees with external partners (payroll agencies, insurance companies, government agencies, etc.).

Vous êtes ?

  • Education: Advanced degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, or equivalent.
  • Professional Experience: Proven experience in international HR management, preferably in an industrial or service environment with a strong technical component.
  • Professional Environment: Deep knowledge of HR practices in Europe, with demonstrated experience in a multicultural context and in managing organizational transformations.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Expertise in managing labor relations, including with employee representative bodies.
    • Skills in team management and change management.
    • Strong project management skills and experience in implementing HR policies.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to create an environment of trust and engagement.
    • Agility, responsiveness, and ability to manage priorities in a transforming context.
    • Team spirit, leadership, and the ability to motivate and unite around a common project.
