Group Communication and Change Director
We are supporting an international group operating in a complex, multi-country environment in the recruitment of a Group Communication and Change Director.
This role sits at group level and combines internal communication leadership with a strong change management dimension, in the context of ongoing organizational and digital transformation.

The Role
Reporting to a senior executive committee member, the Group Communication and Change Director will be responsible for:
- Defining and deploying a group internal communication strategy, aligned with business priorities and transformation initiatives
- Translating strategic decisions and complex projects into clear, structured and actionable messages for different internal audiences
- Supporting change management initiatives, with a strong focus on adoption, behaviours and cultural evolution
- Working closely with HR / People & Culture and senior leaders to accompany managers during transformation phases
- Ensuring consistency and coherence of communication across countries while allowing for local adaptation
- Leading and developing a small, international communication team
- Overseeing corporate and institutional communication topics, including executive communications and selected external messaging
This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring direct involvement in key messages, narratives and strategic communications.

Vous êtes ?
Profile Sought
- Senior communication leader with significant experience in group or international environments
- Strong background in internal communication, corporate communication and executive messaging
- Proven exposure to change management and transformation contexts (methodologies and hands-on experience expected)
- Comfortable operating in complex organizations with multiple stakeholders, including regular contacts with the CEO and senior management team
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Natural authority, strong interpersonal skills, and a pragmatic, impact-driven mindset
- Fluent English and French required
- This role is suited to profiles coming from large international groups, B2B environments, services or organizations undergoing significant transformation.
