Group E-commerce Director H/F
Avec qui et dans quel environnement vous évoluerez ?
Keyman Executive Search supports a leading international B2B group in the recruitment of its future Group E-Commerce Director.
This executive role sits at the heart of a major omnichannel transformation, aimed at making e-commerce the central commercial engine of an organisation operating across more than 25 countries.
The organisation is now entering a new phase in which e-commerce moves from initial deployment to full-scale transformation : rearchitecting the platform, completing its capabilities, and rolling it out across all markets as the central pillar of an omnichannel commercial model.
The incoming director will be the business architect of that journey, operating in close partnership with a dedicated IT counterpart within a dual governance model.

Profile
We are seeking a senior executive with at least 15 years of experience in e-commerce, digital product or digital transformation, with demonstrated ownership of a large-scale platform in a B2B environment.
The following are hard requirements:
- Confirmed B2B e-commerce experience : contract pricing logic, procurement integrations, complex buying cycles and multi-stakeholder corporate accounts are core to the role.
- Direct platform ownership : having been accountable for the full lifecycle of an e-commerce platform: strategy, roadmap, feature prioritisation, delivery and performance.
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Meaningful multi-country exposure in a matrix organisation
The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with operational depth, and the ability to align IT, marketing and commercial agendas around a shared roadmap.
Beyond technical and strategic credentials, the role calls for a specific leadership profile. The incoming director must demonstrate the ability to lead a multi-year transformation with clarity, resilience and energy, inspiring diverse teams while maintaining a clear and consistent direction.
Strong communication skills and the capacity to influence senior stakeholders are essential, as is the ability to align marketing, sales and IT agendas around a shared vision in a complex, matrix environment.
